NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
OTTAWA STING MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (OSMHA)

The Ottawa Sting Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 7pm to 9pm in Elmwood Hall at Jim Durrell Recreation Centre – 1265 Walkley Road, Ottawa, Ontario.  It is important for members of the Association to attend the AGM to exercise their privilege to vote and to get involved.

If you are interested in becoming involved as an executive member, please contact the OSMHA President at president@ottawasting.com for more information.  Positions up for election at the AGM are those identified as ‘Vacant’ in the list contained within this notice.  

Written nominations for executive positions must be received at president@ottawasting.com by 6:00pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.  Nominations cannot be accepted from the floor at the AGM.

The AGM is open to all OSMHA families. Each family is entitled to one vote per registered player.  Votes can be exercised by a parent or guardian, or a registered hockey player of voting age.
There will be a draw for ten free registrations for the AA tryouts from May or the B tryouts in September.
