Police Record Checks Night - September 16, 2014

For all BMHL volunteers (This includes Ottawa Sting)

District B is hosting a mass processing event for Police Record Checks (PRC) on September 16,  2014.

Ottawa Police will be present to process the documents.
If you are a first time volunteer or in need of a updated Police record check, this is for you.
All volunteers within the Bytown District MUST have this.

You will need to bring: 
1. Completed PRC form (click to download)
2. 2 pieces of valid ID (see the list of ID that is accepted on the back of the form)
