Mandatory Body Contact Clinics

Hello Sting Players & Parents,

NOTE CHANGED TIME AND PLACE FOR SEPT 6

In preparation for the upcoming season, the Ottawa Sting has scheduled body contact clinics for players trying out for Minor Bantam AA and any other player joining Sting who has not taken the clinics and is playing contact for the first time.(Minor Bantam and above)  The clinic is mandatory and players must attend a session before their try-out begin. The players will be divided into 2 groups, in alphabetical order, to balance the number of participants in each session:

Fri Aug 24 19:30-20:20 Minto Lancaster - North American rink

Fri Aug 24 20:30-21:20 Minto Lancaster - North American rink 

An alternate session for players trying out for Minor Bantam B is also available as follows:

Thurs Sep 06 19:00 - 19:50 at St. Laurent 

You will need to make alternate arrangements if you have a scheduling conflict. 

Note that goaltenders are not to attend these clinics.

Player attendance will be taken when you arrive at the rink.  Please do not hesitate to contact your executive liaison if you have any questions.
