2022-23 Ottawa Sting Annual General Meeting - Wednesday May 10, 2023

The Ottawa Sting Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 10th at 7:00pm in-person at the McNabb Community Centre (Assembly hall).

If you are interested in becoming involved as an executive member, please reach out to president@ottawasting.com for more information.  The following positions will be up for election at the AGM:

·       President

·       VP Operations

·       VP Communications

·       VP Finance

·       VP Discipline

·       Registrar

·       Equipment Director

·       Ice Director

Written nominations must be received at president@ottawasting.com by 6:00 pm on Wednesday April 26, 2023. Nominations cannot be accepted from the floor at the AGM. 

Note: Each player on a Sting team for the 2022/2023 season has one vote at the AGM.  The player is to be represented by a parent or legal guardian at the AGM for voting purposes.

It is important for members of the Association to attend the AGM, get involved and make your vote count.
