After squeezing into the semifinals the Ottawa Sting beat the Golden Knights 5-2 to go onto the Finals to win against the host Blues. With a 1-0 lead going into the 3rd, it was a tough fought 3rd with stellar goaltending at both ends. As the Blues pulled their goalie with two minutes left, the Sting overcame the pressure to put one final goal into the empty net to give them the 2-0 win. Thanks to the organizers. Bring on the regular season!
