Location
Due to a conflict, tomorrow's session is now at TD Place at Lansdowne.
Arrival
Please arrive 45 minutes early for your assigned game and be completely dressed sitting in the changeroom 15 minutes before your ice time for the coaches to provide instructions to the team. We understand for those at the 4pm game that it may be challenging to arrive on time, please do your best to ensure your player is dressed and ready for the coach visit 15 minutes prior to the game. If your player can partially dress at home to speed things up I would recommend that option if you are worried you can’t make it on time.
Volunteers
We will need 6 volunteers for each game/hour to cover the following:

1x clock

4x doors on the benches - You will be assigned to the bench on the opposite team of your child and opposite position, you are not allowed to coach/instruct the players, just opening/closing the door for players

1x certified trainer, ideally with a kit that they can bring

Changerooms
Each team will have a designated changeroom for each hour. Please use the appropriate room for your assigned team.
Arena: TD Place Arena - enter at the Employee Entrance via the lower level (below street level) on west side of arena

Access from Street: take the stairs down from Frank Clair Ln, located behind Craft restaurant
Access from Parking Garage: there is an exit door to the outside lower level where the Employee Entrance is located. This exit is opposite the room with the elevators for 979 Bank (where Craft is located). This exit door is located just beside the garage entrance doors (where cars enter), it can be seen as you are pulling into the garage from the Bank entrance. There is an illuminated red sign beside the door that says “OSEG Administration”. Head through this door and to your left to find the Employee Entrance.
Parking:
TD Place does not cover parking fees for ice rentals so parents can pay to park at Lansdowne, find street parking (be aware of parking time limits), or drop-off and pickup. The TD Place parking garage does allow 15 minutes free, if you wish to drop off in the garage.
