Reminder - the Ottawa Sting Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 7pm to 9pm in Elmwood Hall at Jim Durrell Recreation Centre – 1265 Walkley Road, Ottawa, Ontario.Reminder - the Ottawa Sting Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 7pm to 9pm in Elmwood Hall at Jim Durrell Recreation Centre – 1265 Walkley Road, Ottawa, Ontario. It is important for members of the Association to attend the AGM to exercise their privilege to vote and to get involved.
The nomination deadline has now passed for executive positions. Here is the list of nominations receieved by the deadline:

VP Operations – Brad Hodgson
VP Discipline – Rick Seguin

Thank you to the candidates and to the outgoing Ottawa Sting Board Members for all their work over the past few years.
The AGM is open to all OSMHA families. Each family is entitled to one vote per registered player. Votes can be exercised by a parent or guardian, or a registered hockey player of voting age.

**There will be a draw for ten free registrations for the AA tryouts from May or the B tryouts in September from those members attending the AGM. We look forward to seeing everyone on May 27th.
