Sting Minor Peewee AA team win their 3rd OEMHL playoff championship!

The Sting Minor Peewee AAs went undefeated in their first 6 games of the playoffs beating the Eastern Ontario Cobras and the Ottawa Valley Silver Seven in the quarter and semi-final rounds, respectively.  The Sting then faced-off against the Gloucester Rangers in the final playoff series.  The playoff championship all came down to a deciding game 6, with both teams tied at 5 points in the first to 7 point series.  The final playoff game went back and forth and with less than 1 minute to go the Sting scored to take the lead and then topped the game off with an additional empty-netter to win the game and the playoff series!  This is the third playoff championship win for this group of 2001s, who also took home the playoff championships in both their Minor Atom and Major Atom years.
