Details: *Off Ice Session** Players will participate in a stretching & wellness workshop with instructor Lauren Follett of Westboro Beach Yoga for a 1 hour session. 2nd Hour: Video Coaching session with Bino Cesario and coaches. Food will be provided during the 2nd hour for the team. McNabb Rec Centre - meeting Room c. Same parking lot as the Rink!
