All U15 players trying out for Ottawa Sting must have participated in a contact clinic prior to the first tryout. If you have not attended one in the past, or if you would like to attend one as a refresher, please ensure to be at:

This is the only contact clinic that we will be offering for U15. Note, the session will not be evaluated.
